In October 2016 the International Radio Art Festival Radio Revolten, organized by community radio station CORAX, brought together today’s radio artists in Halle (Saale) in Germany. Radio Revolten featured a dedicated radio art station, installations, live performances, conferences, workshops, and public interventions. The book „30 Days of Radio Art“ covers the presented artworks and daily events of Radio Revolten alongside contemporary thinking by radio activists and artists on the current and future use of their material and medium of choice.

Im Oktober 2016 versammelte das Internationale Radiokunst-Festival Radio Revolten über 80 gegenwärtige Radiokünstler*innen in Halle (Saale). Das Buch Radio Revolten. 30 Days of Radio Art dokumentiert die künstlerischen Arbeiten, die während des Festivals in der eigenen Radiostation, in Installationen und in Performances umgesetzt wurden und reflektiert aktuelle künstlerische Ansätze zur zukünftigen Nutzung und dem gesellschaftlichen Standort des Mediums Radio.
