In this issue of CORAX inTeam, the newly launched EU project "Social Empowering Radio" is presented, which is intended to serve the exchange between actors of emancipatory radio work with marginalised young people. The project involves Epic Light (Helsinki/Finland), Radio Stella 180 Young (L'Aquila/Italy) and Radio CORAX. During three exchange weeks, working methods are to be expanded and experiences shared with the help of the method of job shadowing - a procedure based on learning by observing other working methods. The recorded talk took place during the first exchange week at Radio CORAX and provides insights into the project and the work of the participating radios.
